For site owners and park managers

If your site or park welcomes Gypsy, Roma and Irish Traveller families, Atchin Tan can help them find you. You choose whether to be listed, and you stay in control.

What being listed means

Your place appears on a public map, with the name, location, contact details and facilities you give us. Families can see what kind of place you are, whether your listing has been checked, and when it was last confirmed. They contact you directly. We do not take bookings or payments.

A public listing means more people can find you, and it can also draw attention. Some owners will decide it is not for them, and that is a fair choice. We want you to be sure before you say yes.

What you would be agreeing to

  • You own the site or manage it for the owner.
  • You have the planning permission, and the site licence where one is required, for caravans on the land.
  • You welcome Gypsy, Roma and Irish Traveller families as you would any other guests. Romany Gypsies, Irish Travellers and Roma people are protected from race discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.
  • The details you give us are accurate, and you will tell us when they change.
  • You understand your listing is public, and you have read this page.

What we promise you

  • Nothing goes on the map without your agreement. We will not list a private site just because families have stopped there.
  • You can have your listing removed. Ask by email and we will take it down as quickly as we can, and within 7 days.
  • You decide what is shown. You choose the contact details and the information that appears.
  • It is free to be listed while we are getting started.
  • Reviews are moderated. We hold back anything with personal details or abuse, and you can report a review you think is wrong.
