What this website collects

This website does not collect personal information from you directly. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Its fonts and files are all served from our own site, so your browser does not contact other companies when you visit.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Vercel explains how it handles this in its own privacy policy.

If you email us

If you write to hello@atchintan.com, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply to you, and, if you asked to be kept up to date, to tell you about Atchin Tan. We do not share it, sell it or add you to anything else. We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with them, and keep your address on the updates list until you ask us to remove it.

Our lawful basis for this is that it is in our legitimate interests to answer people who contact us, and your consent for the updates list.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
